Your management software was custom-built, and nobody has the time or the skills to maintain it any more.

We take over the maintenance and improvement of your software.

Our team, based in Luxembourg, takes charge of your software, even when developed by third parties: fixes, security updates, improvements and technical advice. Fixed monthly fee, from €1,400 excl. VAT.

Assess your situation

Question 1 of 5 How many pieces of software specific to your company does your business run on? Management software, business software, customer-facing site or account area, links between software. If you have an IT team, count only the software you want us to take over.

Five questions, then the plan that matches your situation.

Situations

The situations we handle

We support small businesses and SMEs in maintaining and developing their software.

  • Your developer has left

Employee or freelancer, they were the only person who knew the code and held the access rights.

  • Your software has stopped evolving

It supports your invoicing or your logistics, but every change carries a risk and requests are piling up.

  • Your supplier no longer responds

The software was delivered, requests go unanswered and the scope of the contract is no longer clear.

  • You decide without technical advice

Rebuild or maintain, an off-the-shelf solution or custom development: you decide without a technical adviser.

  • Your IT team lacks resources

An older piece of software remains essential to your business, but the team that maintained it is committed to other projects.

We handle the fixes and the improvements.

The services your customers use and that are connected to your data.

  • Hosting and monitoring

We manage the hosting, the releases, the monitoring and the alerts.

  • Backups and security

Backups are verified by restoring them, and security updates are applied.

  • Priorities and advice

Each request receives advice, and priorities are reviewed with you every quarter.

Monthly report

What you receive every month

A written report of the work carried out, our recommendations and the points awaiting your decision.

Monthly report Relais M plan September 2026 · example
DateWork done
1 SepUpdate to the management software, tested before release
8 to 10 SepAppointment booking module, released with the existing data
15 SepFixes after the release, based on four reports from users
17 SepBackup restored as a check, security updates
29 SepQuarterly review, schedule for October to December

Advised against this month

  • Rebuilding the statistics screen: it is opened twice a month, so an export will do.
  • Building a team rota in the management software: an off-the-shelf tool covers that need. We advise trying it before any development.

For you to decide

  • Priority for the next quarter: accounting export or automatic reminders, with our recommendation attached.

Questions

Your most common questions

My developer cannot be reached and I have neither the code nor the logins: can you still take over?

We check with you what can be recovered from the hosting company and the domain name registrar, then tell you what can be taken over and what cannot.

Can you take over software someone else wrote?

Yes. The takeover starts with an inventory of the code, the hosting accounts and the access, made with you. We then check that the software can be put back online and that a backup can be restored, and you receive a first report.

If your former supplier holds the code or the logins, we start by establishing with you who holds what.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You remain the owner of the code, the domain name and the hosting accounts throughout the contract. We can manage them on your behalf, and everything is handed back to you when the service ends.

Who knows our software, apart from our usual contact?

Each client is looked after by two consultants: a lead, and a second who knows the software and takes over when the lead is away, in a team of five people. What they know about your software is shared between them and written down in its description, the documentation and the monthly reports, kept up to date throughout the contract.
