Cookie policy

1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a website. It allows the site to remember information about your visit, such as your preferred language or other settings, to make your next visit easier and make the site more useful.
How cookies work
Cookies are managed by your web browser and can be:
- Session cookies: Automatically deleted when the browser is closed
- Persistent cookies: Kept for a specified period (from a few minutes to several years)
Cookie origins
- First-party cookies: Placed directly by the site you visit (www.deepy.lu/relais)
- Third-party cookies: Placed by third-party services (Google Analytics, Calendly, Google reCAPTCHA)
2. Cookies used on www.deepy.lu/relais
This section describes what the site actually loads. Anything that depends on a setting or on a page is stated.
Strictly necessary cookies
The site sets no strictly necessary cookie. The language is carried by the page address (/fr or /en), without a cookie.
Audience measurement (consent required)
Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode: until you accept in the banner, no measurement cookie is set. Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage (keys cookie-consent and cookie-consent-date), not in a cookie.
| Service | Cookies | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics | _ga, _ga_* | Number of visitors, pages visited, visit duration, traffic source, interactions with the site (buttons clicked, sections viewed, quick check steps, questions opened) | 13 months |
Google Analytics is configured with IP address anonymisation.
Advertising cookies
We do not use any advertising cookie on this site. No data is used for targeted advertising.
Appointment booking (third-party cookies)
The booking page embeds a calendar provided by Calendly. It loads when you arrive from one of the site's booking buttons, when you have accepted cookies, or when you click “Show the calendar”. Calendly and its providers, Cloudflare and Stripe, then set the following cookies.
| Service | Cookies | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Calendly (via Cloudflare) | __cf_bm, _cfuvid | Bot protection, load balancing | 30 minutes / Session |
| Stripe (loaded by Calendly) | m | Fraud prevention | 13 months |
For more information: Calendly's privacy notice, Stripe's cookie policy.
Forms (Google reCAPTCHA)
The contact page and the form shown with the quick check result load Google reCAPTCHA v3 to limit spam. Google may set the _GRECAPTCHA cookie (6 months) and receives information about your browsing to judge whether the request comes from a person. See Google's privacy policy.
3. Managing your preferences
In accordance with European regulations (ePrivacy Directive), you have the right to refuse non-essential cookies.

- Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+P (Mac)
- Safari: Cmd+Shift+N (Mac)

Audience measurement
You can change your choice at any time with the button below. You can also disable Google Analytics by installing the opt-out add-on offered by Google.
4. Retention period
Cookies set on your device are kept for varying periods depending on their purpose:
