Relais S to keep things running
- Your situation
- Your software is stable and no changes are planned, but it still needs to be maintained. This plan also suits an older piece of software you want to hand over to us.
- What it includes
- Security updates, verified backups, monitoring and fixes.
- Example
- Over a month, security updates are applied, a backup is restored on a test server and a rounding error is fixed in the invoice export.
- Roughly
- About 2 days of work a month, spread across the quarter.
- Price
- From €1,400 a month, excl. VAT.
- Does not cover
- Regular improvements, which Relais M covers.
Relais M to keep improving
- Your situation
- Your software needs regular improvements: requests arrive every month and a mid-sized project comes up from time to time.
- What it includes
- Relais S, plus one improvement a month (an export, an automatic reminder) or one project a quarter (a module, a migration).
- Example
- The project for the quarter is an appointment booking module: preparation in July, monitoring and security updates in August, then the release, the fixes and the quarterly review in September.
- Roughly
- About 4 days of work a month, spread across the quarter.
- Price
- From €2,800 a month, excl. VAT.
- Does not cover
- A project that runs over several quarters, which Relais L covers.
Relais L to build
- Your situation
- You are starting a project that runs over several quarters or keeps the team busy every month, such as a new business module or a migration.
- What it includes
- Relais M, plus one project carried on continuously.
- Example
- A quarter devoted to moving the management software to new hosting: preparation, a rehearsal of the switch on a test environment, then the switch itself and the transfer of the data. Maintenance and day-to-day requests continue with the same team.
- Roughly
- About 8 days of work a month, spread across the quarter.
- Price
- From €5,000 a month, excl. VAT.
- Does not cover
- A lasting need larger than that, which Relais XL covers.

How we use AI
A consultant reviews every change before it is released, and remains responsible for it.
We use AI coding assistants to write and test part of the code. The time saved lets us include improvements in the plan.
When a task involves data, for example a data analysis, the data is anonymised first.

What belongs to you

You remain their owner throughout the contract. We can manage them on your behalf, and everything is handed back to you when the service ends.
Price
The price of your plan
The amount depends on how many pieces of software you have, their condition, how critical they are to your business and the options you choose, such as on-call cover in the evening and at weekends. It is confirmed after the takeover audit.
The takeover starts with an audit, with its scope and price agreed before it starts: 4 days, from €2,000 excl. VAT, for Relais S; 10 days, from €5,000 excl. VAT, for Relais M and Relais L. It is billed separately from the plan.
Switching
Changing plan
What does not fit in the quarter moves to the next one, according to your priorities; the amount invoiced does not change.
A change of plan is considered at the quarterly review, when the next quarter is scheduled.

Contract
Length and end of the contract
The contract has no minimum term. You can end it at any time, with three months’ notice.
When the contract ends, the code, the access, the documentation and the backups are handed back to you within thirty days. We handle the handover to your new team during the notice period.
Call
Choose a plan with a consultant
A consultant talks with you for 20 minutes by video call, free of charge. You describe your software and your priorities; the consultant gives you an opinion, whether or not you go further.
