From the takeover of your software to the report you receive each month
You keep control of the priorities and the budget. We take charge of your software and report to you in writing every month.
Takeover
The takeover of your software
Logins and access
With you, we draw up the inventory of the code, the hosting accounts, the domain names, the technical access and who holds each of them.
Verification
We check that the software can be put back online and that a backup can be restored.
The written description
You receive a document describing what each piece of software does, what it exchanges data with and who uses it.
Risks
We submit a ranking of the risks to you: to handle now, to schedule, to stop.
The first report
It ends the takeover and is the basis for planning the first quarter.
The takeover starts with an audit, with its scope and price agreed before it starts: 4 days, from €2,000 excl. VAT, for Relais S; 10 days, from €5,000 excl. VAT, for Relais M and Relais L. It is billed separately from the plan. What to do if a former supplier holds the code or the logins is agreed with you before we start.
Month
What happens each month
- Start of the month
- We agree with you the dates of the work and what will be delivered, according to your current priorities.
- During the month
- You send your requests to support@deepy.lu, and each one receives advice before it is carried out.
- End of the month
- You receive the monthly report.
- If there is an incident
- An incident takes priority over planned work. Whether our monitoring detects it or you report it to support@deepy.lu, we start working on it within 8 working hours, Monday to Friday. On-call cover in the evening and at weekends is available as an option.
Monthly report
The report: one page, readable without technical knowledge
| Date | Work done |
|---|---|
| 1 Sep | Update to the management software, tested before release |
| 8 to 10 Sep | Appointment booking module, released with the existing data |
| 15 Sep | Fixes after the release, based on four reports from users |
| 17 Sep | Backup restored as a check, security updates |
| 29 Sep | Quarterly review, schedule for October to December |
Advised against this month
- Rebuilding the statistics screen: it is opened twice a month, so an export will do.
- Building a team rota in the management software: an off-the-shelf tool covers that need. We advise trying it before any development.
For you to decide
- Priority for the next quarter: accounting export or automatic reminders, with our recommendation attached.
Each month, this document gives you an overview of your software: the work carried out, our recommendations and the points awaiting your decision.
Quarter
Work planned quarter by quarter
The workload is spread across the quarter according to your priorities: heavier in a month with a release, lighter in a quiet one.
The amount invoiced stays the same every month.
