A publisher of regulatory compliance software

Since 2021, we have looked after the software its customers use, and the servers that host it. We took it over while it was already in service, and have handled its maintenance and improvements ever since.

Work done

What we have done since the takeover

  1. Access and servers

We took over the technical access and the passwords, then the management of the servers that host the software.

  2. The code

The software’s code was spread across some twenty projects. We merged them into one, which makes maintenance simpler and lowers the risk of error with each change.

  3. Reliability

Two months after the takeover, we replaced an unstable component with open-source software.

  4. Security

We set up automatic backups, monitoring of the software’s availability and two-factor authentication for users.

  5. Improvements

We modernised the front end in stages and deliver new features regularly.
